This was completed in 2009 for Fletcher Construction, The project had a total of 500 tonnes of structural steel, In line with most central city sites, the deliveries of fabricated steel had to be co-ordinated accurately, due to the lack of space on site to store fabricated steel prior to erection. Deliveries and some aspects of the installation process involved the formulation of traffic management plans and subsequent road closures.
